    55+ & Accessible
  • A class seated on mats in a studio with a brick wall, each reaching one arm overhead

    Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the traditional, slower-paced style. Poses are held for several breaths so you have time to find the alignment, and the teacher works through breathing alongside the movement. Suits beginners looking for a solid foundation, and experienced students who want to slow down.

  • Children seated on mats with their palms together and their eyes closed

Kids Yoga for ages 4-7 years old

Kids Yoga mixes poses with games, stories, music and simple breathing. Children build strength, balance and coordination without it feeling like a class, and they get practice naming how they feel. Suits children who want to move, including ones who find sitting still difficult.

    Kids & Teens
  • A Pilates class on mats, side-bending over small soft balls

    Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates uses your own body weight on a mat, with no machines. The exercises are small, precise and low-impact, and they focus on core strength, posture and control, with breathing tied to every movement. Suits anyone wanting a stronger middle and a straighter back.

  • Her class graphic: Mindfulness Through Music, a playful, heart-centered class for young minds with Gigi Abinader, beside a woman with a guitar and young children

    Mindfulness Through Music for Children

This class uses music and sound to help children slow down and notice how they feel. They listen to calm songs, sing, drum and move to a rhythm, then practice paying attention to the present moment. Suits children who need help settling, focusing or naming their emotions.

    Kids & Teens
  • A class in a side angle stretch on mats in a wood-floored studio

    Mixed Level Vinyasa

Mixed Level Vinyasa links each movement to a breath, so the class flows from pose to pose. The teacher offers a variation for every shape, an easier one and a harder one, so you choose as you go. Suits newer and experienced students in the same room.

  • A full class in a low lunge with their arms raised, on mats in a bright studio

    Power Yoga

  • A class in upward-facing dog on mats in a bright studio

    Roots Yoga

Build a strong foundation, connect with your breath, and grow your practice in a welcoming, supportive environment. Modifications are offered for all levels, allowing you to move at your own pace. No experience necessary: everyone is welcome.

  • Students in a low lunge with their arms overhead, beside tall windows

    Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga moves with your breath, but at a relaxed pace, with smooth transitions and time to settle into each pose before the next one. You work on flexibility, balance and steadiness. Suits all levels, including beginners who find faster flow classes hard to follow.

  • Teenagers holding a plank on orange mats

    Teen Yoga

Teen Yoga gives teenagers a place to move, stretch and breathe without anyone keeping score. Classes combine postures, breathwork and short relaxation, and may help with stress, focus and sleep during a busy school year. Suits teens of any ability, including complete beginners.

    Women Only
  • A woman seated on a mat in a still pose, arms wrapped in front of her, against a white brick wall

  • Three women seated on mats and talking, one of them pregnant

    Yoga for EveryBODY (Prenatal Friendly)

An inviting yoga class for everyone from beginners to experienced Yogis. Explore movement, stretching, balance, and relaxation with modifications for all abilities, including prenatal-friendly options.

    Prenatal & New Moms
  • Three women seated cross-legged, each holding a pair of small blue hand weights

    Yoga Sculpt with Weights

Yoga with Weights adds light hand weights to familiar yoga poses. The extra resistance builds endurance in the arms, shoulders and legs while you keep the breathing and stretching that yoga already offers. Classes are energizing and scale easily. Suits most fitness levels, including people newer to strength work.

    Athletes
  • A woman lying back on a mat with two therapy balls under her upper back and her hands clasped behind her head

    Yoga with Therapy Balls
